Q&A session ~
Tour of the Department of EM and the ED/hospital ~
Invitation to our monthly Journal Club with dinner at 1830 ~
Post Journal Club Social with drinks included ~
Opportunity to join Grand Rounds next morning starting at 1000 ~

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the dress attire?
Business casual
(but you can change into casual clothes for the Socials!)

2. Is there reimbursement for flights/travel/hotel?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everyone's travel affairs.
You'll have to manage your own way to us.

3. Is my family/significant other allowed to come?
Significant others/family are welcome to join us for the Socials!

4. What will the weather be like in February?
Mildly cold -- If you aren't used to the chill, definitely bring a warm sweater or coat.
If you're from the East, shorts will probably suffice. :P

5. What if I can only make part of the day?
That's ok! Just let us know in advance when you sign up!

6. What if I have to cancel?
We understand things happen. If you have to cancel, please reach out to Melissa Villanueva or Dr. Samantha Romano to let us know.
